These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Createlier website, located at createlier.pt, in accordance with Portuguese law. By accessing this website, booking workshops, or purchasing any products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you should not use this site.
WEBSITE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on this website is the exclusive property of Createlier Portugal. This includes, but is not limited to, texts, photographs, drawings, images, videos, audio clips, marketing materials, trademarks, logos, and domain names. Any use of the website content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. This includes copying, reproducing, modifying, republishing, updating, downloading, transmitting, distributing, or duplicating any content, in whole or in part, for commercial or non commercial purposes.
PRIVACY
Any personal information you provide to Createlier will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal data is collected and used for the following purposes and legal bases:
Performance of a contract: to process bookings, purchases, and provide our services
Consent: for communications or services where your explicit consent is required

DISCLAIMER
Createlier Portugal cannot guarantee the availability of all products displayed on the website at the time of your order. If a product is no longer available, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. All items in the Createlier shop are handmade and therefore unique. Minor variations in shape or color are natural and do not constitute defects.
PRICES
All prices on Createlier online shop are listed in EUR. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.
TAX
All prices include VAT for purchases within Portugal. For customers outside Portugal, the applicable VAT or tax rate will be applied and updated during the checkout process.
CURRENCIES
All prices are listed in EUR. Createlier Portugal is not responsible for any currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider when exchanging EUR into another currency.
PRICE CHANGES
Createlier Portugal reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time. The price of a product is guaranteed only at the time of placing your order.
PAYMENT
Createlier Portugal accepts payment via PayPal and Visa/Mastercard. Full payment is charged when your order is processed. All credit card transactions are handled securely through Stripe, PayPal and are fully encrypted.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are valid for the specific workshop selected at the time of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used for other products.
Gift cards are sent digitally to the email address provided during purchase (~up to 48 hours). A unique code must be used when booking the experience via email. Gift cards are non refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this period, they expire and cannot be used.
EXCHANGES AND SALE
The following policies are also applied during sales or promotional offers.
Workshops – Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Schedule changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance via email
Createlier Portugal reserves the right to change or cancel workshops up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If this happens, the terms above will apply to the rescheduled workshop
Workshops are designed for participants aged 16 and above. For private events with younger participants, please contact us by email
Handmade Products – Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
For all other products, please contact us via email to arrange exchanges, returns, or refunds.
UNCOLLECTED WORKPIECES
Our workshops are designed so that participants can complete and collect their workpieces on the same day. In exceptional circumstances, we may store them for up to 15 days. After this period, the pieces are removed from our space. We are not responsible for shipping costs for uncollected packages.
FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS POLICY
We welcome your feedback to help us improve our services. If you wish to make a complaint, please email us and clearly state that it is a complaint. We aim to respond within a few working days, either resolving the issue or providing a timescale for resolution.
